Oscillating meter
OPERATION:
Water flows through the meter’s strainer and into the measuring chamber where it drives the impeller. A driving magnet transmits the movement of the impeller to a driven magnet located within the hermetically sealed register. The magnet is connected to a gear train which translates the impeller rotates into volume totalizators displayed on the register dial face.
No moving / mechanical element.
Unaffected by grit or particulates.
Does not measure air flow.
Outlasts more than conventional mechanical water meters.
Remain high accuracy over life-time.
Clear and easy to read LCD display.
Model name OSMRNWM PMN is magnetically driven multi jet (Velocity) water meter with Super Dry Type Register from size 5/8X1/2” to 2” designed by NWM and meets to AWWA C708.
